Tammy Merk's Profile

Hi there! I'm Tammy Merk, and I'm thrilled to be serving the bustling Massachusetts real estate market right from my home base in Winthrop. My journey in real estate began in 2008, when I dove into auctions, foreclosures, REOs and rehabs. When you work with me, you're not just getting an agent – you're embarking on a journey guided by integrity, expertise, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in your life and our community.

Before real estate, I spent 15 years as an Electrical Engineer and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for top-notch Fortune 500 companies like Intel, Motorola, Siemens, Office Depot and ADT where my role often involved strategic planning.

Beyond the boardroom, my husband and I are passionate about giving back to our community and church. We have devoted our time to organizations like the Big Children’s Foundation, 4Kids, and His Caring Place, where we tackle critical issues like at-risk youth and the orphan crisis.

I'm all about sharing knowledge and empowering others through speaking engagements, such as Real Estate Ignite in Las Vegas, and Tuesday Case Study training sessions, where I break down early deals as a Student, shedding light on the path to success in real estate wholesaling. Real Estate can be confusing and frustrating. Give me a call today and let's make yours crisp, clear, and easy.
